Mansour Bin Mosaid Bin Ahmed Al-Soudairy was the Founder and Chairman of Board of Directors. As Chairman, Prince Mansour was one of the leaders in trading and contracting business. His education includes graduation of Engineering with Honors from King Abdul Aziz College, Jeddah, however his predisposition for entrepreneurship was evident during his college days. Consequently Prince Mansour founded a small establishment in 1978 under his name that prospered in to a large conglomerate with over five thousand employees working in range of businesses. Pure reflection of his compassionate nature, he ran charitable endeavors since his college days and passionately believed in the upheaval of weaker segments of society.

Lulwa Mansour Al-Soudairy has a Bachelor’s degree in the Management of Information Systems from Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah. She gained vital experience working in start-ups and developing companies in Saudi Arabia. After completing her experience, she gained her master’s degree in Business Administration from Babson University, Boston, in the United States of America.

Ms. Al-Soudairy worked at Harvard University as an administrative consultant, where she marketed and launched the biotechnology lab at Pam Labs. Through her studies at Babson, she has worked as an assistant in the Graduate Research Center and at Babson’s Leadership Academy for High School Students in Rwanda, Africa. Ms. Al-Soudairy was admitted to a business incubator program in Boston under the name of WIN Lab. Ms. Al-Soudairy has extensive experience in establishing and launching companies in the field of innovation and technology.

Mr. Hafiz Yaseen is a Pakistani national and has been with Mansour Al Mosaid Company since its inception. He started his career in business in 1975 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been associated with the company ever since. Under his dynamic leadership and expertise, Mansour Al Mosaid has flourished from a small establishment to a multi diversified group as of today. Apart from his professional interests, Mr. Yaseen has keen interest in social developmentand philanthropy and gives special attention to his projects in Pakistan and in the Kingdom.

Assrar Al-Soudairy serves as a Member of the Board and plays a crucial role in the evaluation and monitoring processes within the company. A graduate of Effat University in Jeddah, Ms. Al-Soudairy brings a strong academic background and a keen eye for detail, making her an integral part of the organization’s leadership team.

Malik Sharif is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK. He joined Mansour Al Mosaid Company in 2011 as Group Financial Advisor. He has experience of over 50 years in United Kingdom, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. During his professional career he has been in different roles in finance and in the banking industry. He has been CFO of the largest cable manufacturing company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been the regional manager of Corporate banking arm of a major bank in KSA. He has also worked as a consultant for different Financial Institutions in the KSA, Pakistan and UK.

Abdul Karim is a lawyer by profession and did his LLB from prestigious University College of London, UK. After completing his formal education following his acumen in entrepreneurship, he did MBA in Entrepreneurship from world’s leading university IE (Instituto de Empresa) Business School, Spain. He joined Mansour Al Mosaid Company as Business Development Manager and started many new divisions in the company which are success stories and now running as profitable businesses. He is now the COO of the company.

Nawaf Abdullah Al Sudairy holds the position of General Manager, joined Mansour Al Mosaid Company in May 2018. Prior to his stint with MAMCO, Mr. Al Sudairy has a distinguished career of two decades with expertise in Finance, Budgeting and Cost Control, Business Development, Business Transformation, Project Management and Human Resource. Having a propensity for entrepreneurship, Mr. Al Sudairy started his own company in 1996 based in Jeddah, later becoming a CEO at a global construction company in 2005 until 2014. Downstream, Mr. Al Sudairy joined Gulftainer Co. as Finance Advisor in 2015 until 2018. He has a longstanding association with MAMCO of twenty years. Mr. Nawaf Abdullah Al Sudairy was born in Oregon State, USA and acquired his elementary education there. He holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah.
